Press-On Princess is a US-based small business selling handcrafted, reusable press-on nail sets. Our site is presson-princess.com.
2. Orders & pricing
- Prices are in US dollars and include any applicable sales tax shown at checkout.
- An order is confirmed only when you receive an order confirmation email with a tracking link.
- We reserve the right to cancel and fully refund any order in case of pricing error, fraud, or stock issue. We will notify you by email if we do.
- Free standard shipping in the continental US over $40. Express options shown at checkout.
3. Payment
All payments are processed by Square Inc. We do not store your card number. By placing an order, you authorize the charge of the total amount shown at checkout.
4. Shipping
See our full Shipping page for processing times, carriers, and delivery windows. Risk of loss passes to you when the carrier accepts the package.
5. Returns
Because our nails are a personal-care item, returns are limited. See our Returns page for the full policy — including damaged/incorrect-item replacements at our cost.
6. Royalty (loyalty) program
- Tier progress is based on lifetime paid spend (refunds and cancellations are deducted).
- Perks like free shipping, 3D-printed coins, and concierge styling are issued at the tier thresholds defined on the Royalty page.
- We may adjust tier thresholds or perks with at least 30 days' notice to current members. Existing earned rewards are honored.
7. Acceptable use
Do not use this site to spam our forms, attempt to hack our servers, reverse-engineer our APIs, or resell our nails as your own designs. We love being inspired, we love being copied less.
8. Intellectual property
All photography, designs, logos, and copy on this site are © Press-On Princess. Our nail designs are our trade dress. Personal use is fine — commercial use requires written permission.
9. Disclaimers & liability
Our nails are sold as-is for cosmetic use. Discontinue use if you experience irritation. Our maximum liability for any order is the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA. Disputes will be resolved in the courts located in San Francisco County, California, unless local consumer law gives you a stronger right.
11. Changes
We may update these terms occasionally. Material changes will be posted here with a new "Last updated" date.
