The short version. We are a small, self-hosted shop. We collect your name, email, and shipping address to fulfill your order. We use Square to process payments — we never see or store your card number. We do not sell your data. We do not run third-party ad trackers on our site.
1. What we collect
- Account information — your name, email, and (optional) phone number when you create an account or place an order.
- Order information — shipping address, items purchased, order history, and your royalty-tier progress.
- Payment information — handled entirely by Square Inc. We receive only the last four digits of your card and a payment confirmation token.
- Style preferences — if you use our "Find Your Vibe" quiz or upload reference images, we store your style profile to give better recommendations. You can delete this anytime from your account page.
- Site analytics — page views, anonymized session data, and aggregate referrer information stored on our own server. No third-party trackers, no cross-site profiling.
2. How we use it
- To fulfill and ship your orders.
- To send transactional email (order confirmations, shipping updates, account verifications).
- To send marketing emails — only if you opt in. You can unsubscribe from every marketing email with one click.
- To improve our products, photography, and site, in aggregate.
3. What we never do
- We never sell your data to anyone, for any reason.
- We never share your email or address with marketing networks.
- We never run third-party ad pixels or social-media trackers on this site.
4. Who we share with
We share the minimum required data with:
- Square — to process your payment.
- Shipping carriers (USPS, UPS) — to deliver your order.
- Law enforcement — only when legally required by a valid subpoena or court order.
5. Your rights
You can, at any time:
- Access all data we hold about you from your account page.
- Correct your shipping address, email, or style profile.
- Delete your account and all associated data by emailing hello@presson-princess.com. We will confirm deletion within 30 days.
- Opt out of all marketing email with one click on any marketing email.
California residents (CCPA) and EU/UK residents (GDPR) have these rights by law, plus the right to data portability and to lodge a complaint with your data-protection authority.
6. Cookies
We use a small number of strictly-necessary cookies to keep you logged in and to remember your cart. We do not use advertising or social-media cookies.
7. Children
This site is intended for shoppers 13 and older. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has signed up, email hello@presson-princess.com and we will delete the account.
8. Changes to this policy
We will post any material changes here with a new "Last updated" date and, if the change affects how we use your data, we will email registered customers.
