The short version
Unopened sets — return within 14 days of delivery for a full refund (you pay return shipping).
Damaged, incorrect, or missing items — replaced or refunded at our cost. Just email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo.
Opened sets — not returnable, as a hygiene rule.
How to start a return
- Email hello@presson-princess.com with your order number and the reason.
- If approved, we send you a return address and an RMA number. Please write the RMA on the outside of the package.
- We refund within 5 business days of receiving the returned set, to the original payment method.
Damaged or incorrect orders
If your set arrived damaged, missing pieces, or was the wrong design, email a photo within 7 days of delivery. We will replace it at our cost (including return shipping if we need the original back).
What we do not refund
- Opened sets, for hygiene reasons.
- Original shipping costs (unless the issue was on our end).
- Custom or made-to-order sets, unless they arrived damaged.
- Sale items marked "final sale" on the product page.
Refunds & timing
Once we receive your return, we issue the refund within 5 business days. The funds usually appear on your statement within 3–10 additional business days, depending on your bank.
Gift orders
Gift recipients can use the same return process. We will refund to the original purchaser unless they request a store credit instead.
