Processing time
Most orders ship within 2–4 business days after payment. Custom or made-to-order sets may take 5–7 business days — we always tell you up front on the product page.
Carriers & options
- USPS First-Class / Ground Advantage — 2–5 business days, free over $40 in the continental US.
- USPS Priority — 1–3 business days, calculated at checkout.
- UPS Ground — available on bundled orders, shown at checkout when applicable.
Free shipping
Free standard shipping on all orders over $40 within the 48 contiguous US states. Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, and APO/FPO addresses are calculated at checkout.
International
We currently ship to: US, Canada, UK, EU, and Australia. International orders take 7–21 business days and are subject to local duties — which are the customer's responsibility. We mark customs forms honestly.
Tracking
Every order gets a tracking link in your shipping-confirmation email. You can also track from your account page or the track-order page with your email + order number.
Lost or stuck packages
If your tracking has not updated in 7+ days, email hello@presson-princess.com with your order number and we will open a carrier trace. We replace genuinely lost packages at our cost once the carrier confirms the loss.
Address issues
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can update the address for free if your order has not shipped yet — just email us within 4 hours of placing the order.
Heads up: Apartment numbers, suite numbers, and ZIP+4 detail really do matter for nail-sized parcels. They are often delivered to mailboxes rather than door-handed.
