How do I know my nail size?
Each set ships with multiple sizes (XS–XL on every finger) so you can mix-and-match for a perfect fit. For the Find-Your-Size guide and printable templates, see your account page after your first order.
How long does application take?
About 10–15 minutes. Each set includes glue tabs, an alcohol prep pad, a mini file, and a step-by-step card. For longer wear, glue application is recommended.
How long do they last?
With glue tabs: 1–3 days, easy to swap out. With glue: 1–2 weeks. Many of our queens reuse a single set 3–5 times.
Are they reusable?
Yes — that is the whole point. Gently file the inside, remove old glue, and they are ready to wear again. We include a reusable storage tray with every order.
Shipping & orders
When will my order ship?
Most orders ship within 2–4 business days. See our Shipping page for details.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes — US, Canada, UK, EU, and Australia. Customs duties are the customer's responsibility.
Can I change my address after ordering?
Yes — email us within 4 hours of placing the order. After that we have likely already begun packing.
Returns & damage
Can I return a set?
Unopened sets within 14 days, yes. Opened sets, no — hygiene rule. See Returns.
My set arrived damaged. What now?
Email a photo to hello@presson-princess.com within 7 days and we will replace it at our cost.

How does the Royalty program work?

Do tier rewards expire?
No. Once earned, a tier is yours for life as long as the account is active.

Can I commission a custom design?
Diamond and Royal tier members can request limited custom commissions. Email hello@presson-princess.com with your idea + tier status.
Are these damaging to my natural nails?
Press-ons are gentler than gel or acrylic when applied with glue tabs and removed gently with cuticle oil + warm water. Avoid pulling them off dry.
